Hey There,
I saw your post on Craigslist for a Laravel Developer and would love to find out more. I've been working with Laravel for 4 years and it's become my go-to frameworks for projects due to it's simplicity, feature set (especially for testing), and ecosystem. I've also been able to personally work on projects with well known members of the Laravel community such as Adam Wathan and Matt Stauffer, and believe with my experience would be able to learn your project and accomplish tasks quickly.
One of my recent projects was for a data science company called Strong
Analytic's where I built out a product for them to ingest business data
from different sources for companies and then display a set of
forecasted data for each source anywhere from 1 week to 12 months down
the road. I handled building out the back-end in Laravel Spark &
Postgres with TDD which primarily consisted of integrating the different
data sources API's (such as Google Analytics, Stripe, Paypal, or even
custom MySQL queries) and then building out an internal API for the
front-end. They handled generating the forecasted data, and then I also
build out the front-end was a full single page application built in
React, React Router 4, and React Ant Design) I also built out the cloud
infrastructure using AWS and Terraform. While the product isn't fully
released yet, I would be happy to give you a demo.
I've
also launched several complex MVP's for small startups and enterprise
clients which have helped them achieve their goals such as bringing on
seed money and growing an active user base to bring in revenue. My
clients include The Oyster Common, Strong Analytics, Eat In Chef & Bond. I've also been brought on to improve and maintain existing projects as well, most notably with JPD Studio & Play Nice Together. You can check out more of my work at https://larrylaski.com. Also I've actually never been asked for my Laracasts profile before - love seeing that! I've been following Jeffrey Way for years ever since his days at Nettuts and I'm a huge fan of Laracasts - https://laracasts.com/@ltrain.
A
bit more about me - I help founders and visionaries bring their ideas
to market, gain traction, and hit their next milestone, whether it be
fundraising, gaining users, or gaining revenue. I'm able to combine my
web development expertise with my product management and founder
experience to help ensure what we build meets your business goals and
puts you in the possible position to succeed. Communication is often my
top priority, ensuring we are always on the same page and were
both meeting each others needs.
Just to make
sure I don't waste your time, I'm located in NYC so it would be a remote setup for me but can be available for calls on PST. My hourly rate is usually $85, though I prefer to work on a flat weekly rate for an ongoing project depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. The next step would be a
15 - 30 minute call to chat about project details and see if we would be
a good fit. You can schedule a call with me at https://calendly.com/larry-laski/30-minute-meeting.
Regards,
Larry
